Free Strategy Call

We start with a complimentary 15-minute chat to understand your goals, challenges, and and see if we’re the right fit.

Step 2
Sign-Up & Assessment

Once you’re ready to begin, secure your spot with payment, complete a questionnaire, and book a 60-minute consultation.

Step 3
Personalised Nutrition Plan

Based on our consultation, I’ll create a tailored nutrition plan suited to your preferences and lifestyle. Your plan will provide clear guidance on portion sizes, nutrient timing, and meal flexibility.

I've been doing nutrition coaching with Vinu for 10 weeks now and its been fantastic. We've been working on planning my nutrition to support a very busy sporting schedule to ensure I have enough energy whilst still dropping some body fat before Christmas. I've worked with other nutritionists before and she definitely does not disappoint. She's been super flexible and after we realized meal plans don't work super well for me we fixed to a more macro based approach and its been great whilst still being able to fall back on meal plans when needed. 100% recommend.
