How Coaching Works?

Step 1
Free Strategy Call

We’ll discuss your goals, training load, and what kind of support you need — to see if we’re a good fit. No pressure to commit.

Step 2
Sign-Up & Payment

If you’re ready to go ahead, you’ll choose your coaching tier, complete payment, and fill out a detailed questionnaire so I can build your plan.

Step 3
Custom Nutrition Plan

You’ll receive your macros or meal plan (based on your tier), plus a clear strategy to match your goals, lifestyle, and training phase. Support begins from there!

I've been doing nutrition coaching with Vinu for 10 weeks now and its been fantastic. We've been working on planning my nutrition to support a very busy sporting schedule to ensure I have enough energy whilst still dropping some body fat before Christmas. I've worked with other nutritionists before and she definitely does not disappoint. She's been super flexible and after we realized meal plans don't work super well for me we fixed to a more macro based approach and its been great whilst still being able to fall back on meal plans when needed. 100% recommend.
